Ordering, Shipping, Return, and Store Policies:

• Your credit card charge will appear under Smart Support, Inc., our book fulfillment agent.
• Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California address.
• We cannot ship to a PO box.
• Shipping rates apply to the continental United States and Canada. For shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the United States or Canada, please call us or we will contact you upon receipt of order.
• Books may be returned only for replacement of defective or damaged books within 2 weeks of the date of shipment. Returns must be authorized in advance by calling 714-973-0106. We reserve the sole right of determination if a defect is covered under this return policy.
